What happens when you don’t drink water.

Water plays a vital role in regulating my body temperature, transporting nutrients and oxygen to cells, removing waste, cushioning joints, and protecting organs and tissues.

This helps prevent arthritis and back pain. Increases the efficiency of the immune system, prevents clogging of arteries in heart and in brain, helps reduce risk of hear attack and stroke, Water is directly connected to brain function, water helps prevent memory loss as we age, also reducing the risk of degenerative diseases, and last but not least water affects my appearance, my skin is smoother and signs of aging is reduced.

These are the vital 5 organs that water goes to first Brain, Heart, Lungs, Liver and Kidneys.

As a result of my body keeping these organs well watered the non-vital one’s seems to suffer more so, parts like skin, GI tract and joints, this is where dehydration will show up!

Here are some signs of dehydration;

Joint pain and arthritis

High blood pressure

Digestion problems

asthma

Did you know that Lettuce actually has more water than watermelon or grapefruit.

The one thing that can never be regained is time, if we do not invest our time well we will have a pay off day later and we get to decide what happens in it today!
